H.B. 31, the Utah Sudden Cardiac Arrest Survival Act. H.B. 31, the Utah Sudden Cardiac Arrest Survival Act, takes effect on September 1, 2009. The provisions of the bill change the duties and responsibilities of PSAPs that provide emergency medical dispatch services regarding the management of AED location information and the disclosure of AED location information.
